Everything about this place is exceptional from the check in to check out, the rooms, location, beds comfortable, showers great, beautiful lobby, halls, rooms, elevators,very clean, great service, great food in restaurants , especially the breakfast food and service,Bar lines is a fun place with great food and service. The only negative would be the two very snooty hostesses at Bobs steak house, attempting to make reservation with them , (they were not busy at all ) we walked in from side door from walking and shopping on way to our room and they came off like we weren’t good enough to eat there and were rude and snooty. We immediately cancelled laughed it off, and ended up going to bar lines restaurant in hotel as we had a couple previous times. The Overall experience was too good to let those two spoil it for an amazing hotel and otherwise amazing staff.

Gorgeous hotel, from the moment you arrive you truly feel you are on vacation. Staff were at the door to greet and manage luggage, check-in was a breeze. The location is perfect, just steps from Broadway and food and drink options as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame all accessible from the main lobby. Our room was lovely, great view of the city and comfortable beds. Rooftop pool and hot tub were perfect (would love to return in warmer weather for the rooftop bar!) Definitely recommend and will stay here again!

The location is perfect - you're right in the action downtown and can get to most places very easily. The whole team there are so friendly - my partner and I got engaged while we were in Nashville and the team went above and beyond for us to make it special. The room and the view was really wonderful as well with very comfy beds to crash out in after a long day out in the Honky Tonks! Beautiful hotel.

Downtown Location was in easy walking distance of most attractions and places to listen to live music at every turn! Well appointed room- restocked water and coffee every day, fresh towels. The staff was very concerned with the comfort of their guests. Good dining places and connected indoor walkway to the country music museum! Quiet rooms even though it was a busy graduation weekend and mom’s day!

The property was a convenient walk to Broadway and all the entertainment, restaurants and shops there. The staff was courteous and professional, and the hotel was beautiful and busy which is a testament that is popularity. We ate at the in house restaurant Bob’s Steakhouse and the staff was exceptional! We had lobster tail and shrimp but no steak so sorry I can’t elaborate on that. Next trip!
